Melissa Wooden’s Favourite Veggie-Packed Lunch Wrap—With A Twist

[ad_1]

For those who’re like me and have grown uninterested in the day by day salad grind, well being and health coach Melissa Wooden not too long ago shared a scrumptious recipe to her Instagram that’s straightforward to customise to your private style—a salad wrap! For those who aren’t a fan of tomatoes or some other ingredient within the recipe, no biggie. Simply swap them out for a vegetable you’re keen on and also you’ll quickly have a meal you truly sit up for consuming.

Though this recipe is already chock full of colourful veggies, now we have one suggestion to offer an additional (but refined) punch of dietary goodness: a tablespoon of mbg’s natural veggies+. That includes a 31-ingredient USDA-certified natural mix of natural leafy greens, sea veggies, prebiotic fibers, probiotics, and extra, this greens powder helps each wholesome digestion and a balanced intestine microbiome.* Merely combine it in with whichever dressing you select to adorn this flavorful lunch, or sprinkle a tablespoon on high earlier than wrapping up your colourful creation.
