8:30 p.m.: It’s a Wednesday evening and I’m beginning to get right into a wind-down. Wednesdays are one of many days that I observe Yoga Nidra, so after I’m performed, I shut up my home and ensure every part is prepped for the morning.

10:15 p.m.: Then I simply loosen up and let sleep take over me, normally snuggling with my husband!

6:15 a.m.: I get up with the sunshine in my bed room, and I normally instantly journal what I bear in mind from my goals. I then make myself a cup of espresso and begin my gratitude and intention observe for the day.
