A groom’s buddy and the bride’s brother had been allegedly stabbed and injured by 4 drunk individuals, who had been indignant at music being stopped at a marriage operate in Nagpur, the police stated on Monday.

The incident happened within the metropolis’s Kapil Nagar on Sunday, a police officer stated.

“The wedding happened on Saturday and a reception was held close to the groom’s home the subsequent day. The music was stopped because the 4 had begun creating ruckus after getting drunk. The groom’s buddy and the bride’s brother had been stabbed. They’re in hospital,” he stated.

Efforts are on to catch the 4 accused, the officer stated.
